I appreciated that the fridge was functional and kept our drinks cool. It was also nice having the East Towne Mall just a short distance away for shopping and some dining options.

Check-in was painfully slow, taking over 30 minutes due to only one staff member at the counter. Once in our room, we encountered a dirty carpet and an air conditioner that failed to cool. We even found bugs hiding behind the nightstand, which was alarming enough to prompt us to request a room change.

During my visit, I encountered graffiti on the walls and disturbing noises in the hallways that affected my rest.

The bed was cleaner than a hound's tooth and mighty comfy! Only trouble was, y’all, they never came to clean our room or bring us fresh towels—not once. Ain’t that somethin’? Woulda liked some staff help for that hot tub, too. The coffee was hot and the breakfast was decent, though!

Ask for towels upon arrival to ensure your group is well-stocked, as they may not have enough available initially.
